M.E.L.T. (formerly known as MELT) is a Pittsburgh-based heavy fuzz, stoner, and psychedelic rock trio. Formed in 2021, the band features Joey Troupe (guitar/vocals), James May (bass/vocals), and J.J. Young (drums/vocals). They are celebrated for their massive riff-driven grooves, extraterrestrial-inspired aesthetic, and high-energy live shows.
