Do you do ADA accommodations for those with disabilities?
Absolutely. Mr. Smalls is a Standing Room Only venue – but we do accept formal ADA reservation requests for patrons with mobility issues, to help make your visit as comfortable as possible.

We offer two options for guests with accessibility needs:

  1. Main Floor ADA Area – We have a roped-off section on the main floor with easy access to restrooms and the bar. Each ADA reservation includes space for one guest and one companion seat. Seating (folding chair) will be provided upon request, at no additional cost. You must purchase a General Admission ticket along with your ADA Reservation.
  2. Seated Balcony Upgrade – For guests who prefer a seated option with food / bar service and a view, our Balcony section is ADA accessible. Please note that the Balcony Upgrade is a separate purchase in addition to your General Admission ticket, and you will need BOTH a GA ticket and a Balcony Upgrade to access those seats. The cost of the upgrade acts as a bar tab for the evening (unused amounts are non-refundable, and gratuity is not included). Please note, the Balcony Section is not recommended for individuals in wheelchairs, and the seats provided are hi-top bar stools, to see over the balcony ledge.

If stairs are an issue, we can escort you through our side entrance using the load-in ramp for step-free access into the venue.

We’re here to help! Feel free to reach out to info@mrsmalls.com with any questions or to submit your ADA reservation request in advance.
