The Laughing Chimes are a southeast Ohio-based indie band formed by brothers Evan (guitar/vocals) and Quinn Seurkamp (drums), known for blending Appalachian gothic themes with 80s/90s jangle pop. Their music, often described as dreamy and moody, draws inspiration from Flying Nun Records, The Cure, and R.E.M.
