Brazilian rock ’n’ roll band BANDA AL9 are bringing their high-energy sound to the United States this November, arriving on the heels of a breakout year that has seen the group reach an international audience and earn the support of one of rock ’n’ roll’s
most influential champions, Little Steven Van Zandt.
The Burkharts bring a dose of sun-soaked nostalgia from the shores of Buffalo, NY. Blending breezy melodies with jangly guitars, their indie surf-pop sound drifts somewhere between a 1960s Californian daydream and modern lo-fi charm. Frontman Trevor pens the tunes while his brother Gavon keeps time on the drums, joined by Austin, Luke, and James to complete the band’s retro-tinged rhythm section. Their latest single, “Tell Me,” is out now—perfect for late-night drives and golden-hour memories.
