About the Bach Choir:

The Bach Choir of Pittsburgh, founded in 1934, is a large, independent choir of over 80 singers.  Under the artistic direction of Thomas W. Douglas, The Bach Choir explores the boundaries of presenting choral music by bringing together Pittsburgh’s history, civic infrastructure, communities and artists from many genres to provide outstanding productions of choral works.
