Neon Vanadium is a deeply ambitious, almost cinematic Pittsburgh rock band with a focus on storytelling, atmosphere, and emotional weight. Unafraid to be unconventional, experimental, or heavy. The group was formed in late 2020 by brothers Cameron and Logan Balkovec. Jake Maxeiner tagged along closer to the end of that year, and for a long time Neon Vanadium was known as the trio. That changed in early 2022 as bassist Matt Kustra joined the lineup, changing the trajectory of Neon Vanadium for good. With a deeply personal debut album, Neon Vanadium plans to deliver a very immersive show experience that begs to be remembered.
