This year we have a lot of great changes and special events going on at Mr. Smalls Skatepark. We will be having regular free sessions every week sponsored by vitaminwater . . . ('scuse me did that say free???)    Yes I said FREE . . .    (thanks vitaminwater )

Real.Life.Skate Camp will be in session at Mr. Smalls Skatepark from August 9th  through August 13th  from 10 am to 4 pm.  Kids ages 5 – 17 are welcome to attend.  This includes boarding, in line skating and BMX that will give kids the opportunity to continue to develop the skills, balance, and style that will help take them to the next levelAfter daily group instruction sessions with DC/Listen/Independent Amateur Evan Smith and others, attention will be turned toward individual tricks, at which point the instructors and pros will work with them on a one-on-one basis. The enrollment fee is $175 but campers who return their forms by June 27th will receive a $25 discount.  Although the entire week is recommended for optimum training, we are offering individual day passes for $40/day. 

2010 Smalls Summer Xtravaganza

The Xtravaganza is back! Pittsburgh’s premiere action sports event of the summer – Smalls Summer Xtravaganza- is taking place on July 23rd & 24th at Mr. Smalls SkatePark in Millvale, PA!  Competition is open for anyone who would like to compete for cash and prizes in the annual skateboarding, freestyle BMX and inline contests. Saturday will feature Live Music, the Top 15 winners from each sport from Friday's competition, a Pro Demo and Carnival Games for families to win SMALLS DOLLARS, redeemable for merchandise and prizes. Then once the sun sets on Saturday head up to Mr. Smalls Theatre for the Smashing Pumpkins show--go to www.mrsmalls.com to get your tickets before they sell out.  Mr. Smalls Summer Xtravaganza will be a festival unlike Pittsburgh has ever seen!

Xtravaganza Rolling Spectator Passes

Xtravaganza Pre-Qualifier Contest Registration

Think you have what it takes to compete against the best? Then, come out to the Smalls Summer Xtravaganza qualifier rounds on Friday July 23rd for a chance to compete in Saturday’s Skateboarding, BMX or inline contests. These qualifiers are open to the public! That means everyone has a chance to skate, bike or blade their way into Saturday’s contest. Register here to reserve your spot! •All riders must have a signed liability waiver on file to ride at Mr. Smalls Skatepark. If the rider is under the age of 18 liability waivers must be signed by a parent or legal guardian in the presence of a Mr. Smalls employee -or- The parent can take the waiver to a notary public to have them witness the fact that they signed it and send it with the rider when they come
Due to insurance requirements, the waivers are not effective if one of these methods are not followed.
