Mr. Small's School House

St. Ann's Schoolhouse which is adjacent to the Theatre and Rectory House was redesigned into art-studio-production spaces including Small's main offices, Recording Studio C, Opus One Productions, an art gallery, and a pair of two-bedroom, low-income apartments that are specifically geared towards artists. Although the apartments and art spaces are completely renovated they have retained elements of the old classroom feel such as the chalkboards, large windows and high ceilings. The Art Gallery is connected to the SchoolHouse Studio, featuring the work of local and national artists and an exhibit of the many CD covers to come out of Mr. Small's Recording Studio in the last 6 years. Our tenants contribute to the rapidly growing & symbiotic community of artists, musicians, and young professionals that are Mr. Small's Funhouse.
